Most Sundays, my brothers, sisters and I-a to my parents ' House to spend the afternoon together. MOM and dad, ever searching for ways to keep everyone entertained and united, purchased Xbox 360 Kinect as a family Christmas present this year. I must admit, I rolled my eyes I saw my mother pull out cheap black plastic kids toy. This was meant to amuse us all?
We plopped the game console, connected to, and let the small Kinect children play dumb while strife to the mother if it "immature" choice for a Christmas present.
Five very short minutes after watching the children laugh uncontrollably with pleasure, we, the responsible adult shoved the children out of the way and told them to play outside. We started the game and found us laugh hysterically as we ran, jumped and avoided obstacles on our games rafts.
Five minutes later even shorter gasping for breath, we called the children back in and our control of gambling relented.
The game we played was not intended to be a workout program, but judging by the sweat, gasps for air and sore muscles, it was effective as such.
If you want to come in the form as part of your new year's resolution, don't forget expensive gym membership and personal trainers. Play the game that comes standard with Kinect package. The dead are not driven but you should be so evil, should you wish you were dead.
